​Caroline has volunteered as the Hospitality Coordinator at CASA's North Carolina festival, SoJam. The Hospitality Coordinator at CASA's SoJam festival is responsible for ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for performers, crew, sponsors, and guests throughout the event. Key duties include managing food and beverage services with attention to dietary needs, coordinating with food sponsors to develop menus, and overseeing the setup and cleanup of hospitality areas. The role also requires securing hotel blocks for the event as well as assisting other departments as needed. Strong organizational skills, knowledge of safe food handling practices, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this position.​
